| Just wanted to say thanks for excellent service. I needed a new heater element for my Hotpoint dishwasher. I looked at several sites and found this site was the cheapest, and also offered free delivery on a 3 to 5 day timescale. I ordered the part. Within 2 minutes of placing the order I had received 3 emails: the first an order acknowledgement, the second a payment acknowledgement, and the third a dispatch notification. The part arrived the next day. Very impressed. Cheers guys!

PS - if you know what you are doing DIY repairs offer massive savings compared to Hotpoint service. the repair cost me £45 compared to Hotpoint's quoted £110, or £160 including 12 months whole-machine guarantee. |
